18 U.S.C. 2257 Record-Keeping Requirements Compliance Statement Notice

The operator of this website is not the producer (whether primary or secondary as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257) of any depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct that may appear on this website. The operator's activities, with respect to such content, are limited to the transmission, storage, retrieval, hosting and/or formatting of material that may depict sexually explicit conduct. If applicable, parts of this website that contain user-generated material are under the control of the relevant user, for whom this website is provided as an online service by the operator. Under 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of this website reserves the right to delete content posted by users which it deems to be indecent, obscene, defamatory or inconsistent with its policies and terms of service.

Nonetheless, the operator of this website has taken it upon itself to voluntarily comply with United States law concerning 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 in order to ensure that all visual depictions displayed on this website, whether of actual sexually explicit conduct, simulated sexual conduct or otherwise, are visual depictions of persons who were at least 18 years of age when those visual depictions were created. Government issued photographic identification confirming the foregoing is held by the Custodian of Records listed below. Such identification may or may not have been issued by the state or federal government of the United States.

All other visual depictions displayed on this website are exempt from 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 (if such visual depictions were subject to said law) because such visual depictions are not visual depictions of conduct specifically listed in 18 U.S.C. § 2256 (2)(A) through (2)(D), but are merely depictions of non-sexually explicit nudity or are depictions of simulated sexual conduct or otherwise exempt because the visual depictions were created before July 3, 1995.

Without limiting in any way the applicability of the above-stated exemptions, the operator of this website has designated the Custodian of Records identified below to be the keeper of original records described in 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for all materials appearing on the website that fall in the following categories: (1) marketing and advertising materials that contain visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, which materials have been acquired or created by the operator of the website to promote the website; or (2) materials that might not exempt, as described above.

BY VIRTUE OF SUCH VOLUNTARY COMPLIANCE, THE OPERATOR OF THIS WEBSITE DOES NOT ACKNOWLEDGE OR RECOGNIZE UNITED STATES JURISDICTION OVER IT NOR DOES IT ATTORN TO THE JURISDICTION OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
